WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT?
You will find the exact meeting point on your booking ticket. The game masters are easy to spot and carry black shoulder bags. If you can't find us, just give us a call. At the latest at the booked time you will receive a call yourself.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Just weather-appropriate clothing and shoes that allow you to be out in the city for about two hours. The route is on asphalt and cobblestones in the old town. No steep climbs. You are of course welcome to bring drinks or snacks.
DO WE NEED TO BE ATHLETIC?
No. Our events focus on community and experience. You never have to run and you'll have time for a drink or a restroom break. If you can stroll through the city for two hours, you're fit for our Outdoor Escape Room.
CAN WE BRING A STROLLER OR A DOG? WHAT ABOUT WHEELCHAIRS?
Our routes lead through the most beautiful places, mostly in the old town. We avoid traffic and rough terrain. We make sure that routes are accessible with strollers, wheelchairs and four-legged companions.
WE ARE DEAF, CAN WE PARTICIPATE?
We're working on it! Our adventures are highly immersive and audio-visual, but subtitle options will be available soon.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Our events take place outdoors and depend on the weather. In practice: we distribute umbrellas in light rain. If a real storm is forecast, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.
CAN I PLAY THE EVENTS IN ANY SWISS CITY?
Yes, we are happy to organize events throughout Switzerland! Just contact us with your desired location and we will create an individual offer for you.
